Eat Better (NUTRITION)

What we eat (and drink) have a huge impact on our overall health.

We have tried most ways of eating and food choices out there and over the last few years and we have found some really simple but tasty meals that we will share with our community through videos and written recipes.

We don't use the word "Diet" as it has a lot of creativity attached to it. We prefer to talk about eating better and nutrition.

We follow a mainly plant-based way of eating and are always looking or way to eat better ourselves.


We have come up with a name for how we eat, we call ourselves Sensitarians, which simply means making the most sensible food choices available to us at any time.

We believe food has to be tasty and simple to prepare, and all our recipes and ideas tick those two boxes.
